*Covered Expenses:
The following will be provided for attendees:

• Two nights hotel accommodations: Sunday, June 21 and Monday, June 22

• Breakfast and lunch during the event

• Group dinner on Monday, June 22

• A $250 Visa gift card to help offset travel expenses

Hotel Policy:
Hotel accommodations are covered only at the designated conference hotel. Stays at any other hotel or venue will not be reimbursed. If you choose not to use the provided hotel accommodations, no alternative reimbursement will be issued. Hotel coverage is a use-it-or-lose-it benefit.

 

All sales are final. In the event of an emergency, requests for consideration may be submitted and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any credit issued will be at our sole discretion and may be applied toward a future conference.
